How long will it take?
Although I will do my best to turn around your piece within 3–6 months, each piece has a different timeline as it is based upon specifications, size, vision, and more.
What’s the process?
- After determining the size and agreeing on a price, I will send 3–4 sketches based on what you were looking for to identify which one speaks most to you.
- Once you decide on a concept, it will take me 3–6 months from start to finish. I want you to feel like you are a part of the creative process, so you will be sent photos throughout the entire process.
- Once finished, I will send you a final photo and either ship it to you or drop it off to you, depending on your location.
Do you accept 50% down on commissions?
I do not. However, I want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to enjoy the artwork that inspires you and will consider payment plans on a case-by-case basis.
Address Changes
Please contact me as soon as possible with your new shipping address. If the order has not shipped out, I can update the shipping address. If your order is in the final stages of production I may not be able to update the shipping address.
Order Changes
If you need to change the size, image, or product type for your order, please contact me as soon as possible before your order has already been started and I would be happy to make the change for you. Additional fees may apply based on the changes requested.
Returns/Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept exchanges or returns.
